These policies explain how Realty Rocket delivers services, handles payments and refunds, and manages your information. If you have questions, contact us before purchasing.

1. Service Scope

Realty Rocket provides real-estate advertising setup and campaign support based on the package you select. We review your submitted information, prepare your campaign assets and settings, and publish campaigns using the information you provide.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you submit the listing form, you are redirected to the package payment link. Work begins after successful payment confirmation.

  • Package pricing is listed on our website and may change over time.
  • You must provide accurate listing details and redirect links.
  • Payment confirmation is required before campaign launch.

3. Refund Policy

We do not run account-credit balances. Any approved adjustments are handled as Stripe refunds.

  • If you cancel before campaign launch, we can provide a full refund.
  • Once campaign work is launched, management/service fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Any refund exceptions are at our discretion and subject to actual work completed and ad spend already committed.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate listing information, links, and contact details.
  • Ensure you have legal rights to all supplied content and media.
  • Respond promptly when we request clarification needed for launch.

5. Facebook/Meta Access

If you choose to run campaigns from your own assets, you must grant the required Facebook Business permissions. You can revoke this access at any time in your Meta Business settings.

6. Privacy and Data Use

We collect only information needed to deliver services and respond to enquiries, such as your name, email, listing details, and submitted links.

  • We use this information to contact you, prepare campaigns, and provide support updates.
  • We use trusted third parties such as Stripe (payments), ZeptoMail (email handling), and Meta (ad delivery).
  • We do not sell your personal information.

7. Analytics and Cookies

We may use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand website performance and improve user experience. These tools may set cookies or similar browser storage.

We may update these policies from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
